INCREASING LISTING ENGAGEMENT IS THE WAY TO GO

  Many realtors have taken advice and hired marketing specialists whose aim is to raise their client’s social media profile. For the most part, the costly advice does little to actually increase sales, because they focus on the realtor’s persona. POV videos are a favorite of marketers. They seem innocuous and fun, yet I have watched some videos that will probably do more harm to the realtor’s image than good. Not only that, they take time and effort to produce.   Other tactics, such as suggesting new places to eat and shops are quite naive, at best.
